These sessions are focused purely on improving your sports performance and are geared towards both amateur and professional athletes looking to take their game to the next level.

You’ll also see an improvement in fat burning, muscle building, endurance and resistance to injury.

I not only train athletes, I am an athlete. I have personal experience competing at an international level, know what it takes to perform at the highest level and love passing this knowledge on. Young or old, athletes always want to get better and you need to find people who understand the science of sports in order to jump higher, hit harder, throw further and run faster.

Sport specific sessions can be tailored to suit athletes from a wide range of sports, including hockey, basketball, soccer, golf, swimming and lacrosse, among others.

$70 /session (+HST)
